The Fin Type Mixer 3050 provides full pipe mixing that generates ultra-low pressure drops.
Four tapered and curved fins with precisely designed geometry are welded around the pipe interior and invert flow to rapidly mix liquids or gases. The addition of a second stage of fins aligned downstream of the first row creates additional vortices that overlap in a braiding effect. Three sets of fins stages in alignment reduce the CoV from .057 with one set, to a CoV of .014 when all three are installed.
